Emotional Mastery

Emotional intelligence basics

Most managers have high IQs, extensive education, years of experience, and deep knowledge of their fields. As valuable as these are, however, none predict success better than emotional intelligence.  Research shows that emotional intelligence is the best predictor of high- performance in the workplace - it accounts for over 50% of performance success across many types of jobs. It is also considered the strongest driver of leadership and personal excellence. This is a two-day program delivered in-house to you and your team. Groups of 10-15 are best, other sizes can be accommodated upon request.

Living beyond instinct

Most of our emotions and emotional reactions are instinctual. That is why they are hard to understand and harder to control. In this advanced program, for those who have completed the Emotional Intelligence basic program (or one like it), Dr. Carlopio (BA, MA, PhD) and Samantha Bullock (RN, Naturopath) take you on a journey of deep exploration and healing on the road to emotional mastery.  Invest three transformational days and change your life! This is a three-day program delivered in-house to you and your team. Groups of 10-15 are best, other sizes can be accommodated upon request. My experience with James was nothing short of transformational! Ash Roy, Business Analyst
